I was expecting a cute couple by the looks of the profile pic but 2 big scary dudes showed up / I was terrified/ support cancelled the reservation without payment of course , so I went down to tell them they had to leave , I guess they ubered somewhere- all their bags are here but they’re out somewhere. What do I do ?
