I’ve seen these apps advertised where you take a picture of your food and it tells you how many calories it is. Do these apps really work and if so how accurate are they? If you cook something with butter or olive oil how can it tell that’s what is in the meal? Do you have to input it yourself? Has anyone used one of these? What is your opinion on them? Are the apps where you input the food yourself better? Which apps do you use and find easy to use daily? There are so many out there it’s hard to choose which one to use and I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg for something that doesn’t work

Do those calorie tracking apps where you take a picture of what you are eating really work? How does it know what you have cooked it in or if you added butter or sauces? Do you have to input it or does just taking a picture know? If you use them which ones do you use or do you use one where you just add what food you have eaten? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to cut calories out of my diet. I enjoy coffee in the morning but can’t do black coffee. I do use Monkfruit Sweatmer but would like to try sf syrups. I see different reviews on the Torani and Skinny Girl. Has anyone tried these? Do they leave any aftertaste? Which one has the stronger flavor? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
