Attempted to change a flight with Egypt Air through Capital One Travel Portal but was told I’d have to go through Egypt Air. Tried making the change on their website but had no luck so decided to call their customer service number (US).

Was told i was number 9 in line and put on hold which was reasonable. Eventually I was notified that I was the first caller in line … until 1 minute later I was bumped back to number 8. This pattern repeated for 30 minutes until I decided to call it quits and hang up.

Has anyone else had this experience with Egypt Air? Is there a better way to get in contact with them?
