Thinking about buying a 1 bedroom condo in Avida Verge tower 2, 37.40, 7.5M

26 yo dual citizen based in New York. Visited the Philippines for the first time and have been here since February. I absolutely love it here. I really like the Mandaluyong area, its walkability, close proximity to bgc, makati, food, shopping, and night life.

Any suggestions on alternatives to Avida verge for around the same price? Preferably a new or semi new unit. Does not have to be in Mandaluyong City.
No plans on renting out the unit.
