Boj for under eye cream? Lifetime?

I have a genuine question might be dumb but i am planning to buy boj under eye cream. Heard a lot of good reviews.

My concern is if i start using it, am i committing to an under eye cream for lifetime? Like can i not just clear my under eye dark circles with boj and then get back to good lifestyle and maintain it?
Or i will have to use it for eternity like sunscreen ?

I have a oily skin type with mild puffiness and a dark thick curve line under my left eye

Blue sapphire and overall life

I have been wearing Neelam (blue sapphire) for some time now. There have been no gain no loss. Should i continue wearing it or should i switch to something else.

I have been trying to switch jobs but i am failing in last round of interviews and no luck with marriage yet as well.

Please advise
