As of today I can file my N400. I have been a lawful permanent resident for 3 years, married to a US citizen for 5. We leave on a week long cruise in 10 days, so I am debating should I file now or wait until we come back. I have never broken the law, I had a very smooth green card process, I received it in the mail less than 3 months after filing, no interview needed and no lawyer. Things are a little different now than they were 3 years ago so this process makes me much more nervous. Any advice or recent personal experience will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
