Anyone had any luck getting an eGPU to work on Bazzite?

Looking at getting a Peladn Mini PC W04 Ryzen 5 7640HS integrated 760m GPU 16GB of RAM.

Will this run Project Zomboid well? Maybe with a couple of vehicle/weapon mods?

Thinking of purchasing and possibly getting an eGPU for it at a later date.
