Pgwp part time reconsideration URgent!!!!

Hey guys so I posted on here before that I applied for reconsideration due to missing letter of completion. So I have been waiting 4 weeks now for the decision. But before then I need advice. So on my final transcript that was sent. I had:

  1. 1 elective course done before my program began in the summer online from my home country, it was optional.

  2. And in the winter if 2022 I failed a course, and had to retake it.

For context, my first year started in 2021, my enrollment was approved for june 2021, but my program first year was for the fall of 2021 and winter of 2022. Like I wasnt even in the country in june, and my advisor said take an optional elective to help transition, and reduce course load once I got here, so I did.

Then my program began in the fall of 2021with 4 courses 3 credits each for 12 overall, and then the winter or 2022, I had 5 courses 3 credits. I failed one dropping to a total of 12 credits that term still full time( I needed atleast 9 credits for full time). Then I retook the course on my scheduled break in the spring, just 1, 3 credit course. After that I have remained full time through out. Academic progression, no deviation, breaks, and fill time in every required term from my program.

My question is since I submitted the official transcript, and it has these 1 course in 2 terms does that mark as a part time term? and should I be quick to send an explanation for that as well?

Secondly, let's say I did, because I did. I contacted my university for an official letter to prove I was full time in the required terms, and that any deviation or term where 1 course was taken was either optional or on a scheduled break. Specifically i had the registrar of my school write the timeline of my program, where it specified that I took an optional course before my program began in 2021, and that in 2022, I failed a course and retook it in the spring, which was a scheduled break for me.

With this letter, is this good enough, with a small explanation note in the webform that im about to send? Am I overthinking this, is this drawing unnecessary attention to a problem thats not even there? And might this worsen my case for reconsideration?

I would appreciate any note, also please help confirm if I was eligible right. From what I have said being the whole truth, am i eligible by IRCC policy? Thank you again. I would really appreciate confirming this before I send the webform.
