I'm trying to become a Auxiliary operator in the distant future, all the openings that I've browsed at to see what qualifications are needed, Southern Nuclear and TVA are the ones I've look at, and it all says something along the lines of "prior experience needed for entry level" I'm curious about how one would obtain that.
