Recently had some stuff from china shipped out. Just printing stuff and packaging stuff colorful sheets papers laminates etc( I do a lot of artsy projects at home) The seller shipped gave me tracking number, cool. It’s been about 15 days no update so I contact the seller. The seller says that it got held at customs, I ask why would that happen and he says doesn’t know assures it isn’t a big issue and will send again. Ok cool. When I went to Yanwen Chinese website I was able to pull a different tracking number which update my package as it was moving. I could not see it before. The package says it passed import customs inspections and was picked up local carrier at destination port then container received which is I’m going to assume Yanwen local warehouse in IL. I can’t contact Yanwen anyway it seems so I’m not sure what happened, but it doesn’t seem to be stuck in customs more like Yanwen has lost or something. So now I’m tryna see if it’s a custom thing and should I just get it reshipped out is it Yanwen and should I tell the seller to use different third party shipping since there are so many horror stories with them. I’ll attach a picture of the tracking.
