​I am looking for a reliable mechanic for my VW Polo who provides quality service without overcharging (no "pizhiyal"). I have two specific issues that need fixing:

​Rear Left Door: The door is jammed and won't open from the inside or the outside.

​Co-driver Window: The power window motor seems to be rotating in only one direction. The glass goes down but won't go back up.

​I’d prefer to avoid the authorized showroom as I know it will be expensive. Does anyone know a skilled technician in the city who is familiar with German cars?

I’m being realistic—this isn't just about building an app. I have some specific doubts regarding the legal and operational side that I need help solving:

1. ​Legal Liability: How do we handle the "Bailee" responsibility? If an item is damaged while in our kiosk, what is our legal standing?

​Stolen Property Risks: How do we ensure our kiosks don't accidentally become drop-off points for stolen goods (Section 411 IPC/BNS)?

2. ​Permissions: What are the specific Municipal/Police clearances needed to place physical "Lost & Found" stalls in public areas of Calicut?

3. ​Data Privacy: Ensuring the finder and owner’s privacy is protected under the new DPDP laws while verifying claims.

I handle the business strategy and physical infrastructure design. I need:

​A Tech Partner (Developer): To build the app and integrate Google AdMob.
