I imagine this question is going to come up quite a bit over the next few days, so hoping this thread acts as the default for the following questions:

1. how big/bad will the queues be?
2. what time do I need to get there?
3. do exec members get in before non-exec members?
4. what will stock levels be like and at what point in a queue will I miss out?
