SO I realised that people can have the same sleep paralysis demon and I wanted to find out which one my was. So the scene starts with me waking up not able to move or talking only able to think and see you know how it is but outside my parent's room a metallic claw creeped out and when it was about to reveal itself it turned day so I would appreciate it if anybody could help me find which one this was please and thank you.
