2021 Kodiaq SE-L OTA updates don’t appear to be working. I’ve had a few notifications in the past about an update being available. I’ve always accepted these. However it looks like they’re not applying?

I took the vehicle into my local dealer for spark plugs and mentioned it to them as I’m also having CarPlay connectivity issues intermittently and they advised an update is chargeable ?

Any help / advice would be appreciated.

Purchased an approved used 4 year old ŠKODA from a ŠKODA dealership in England last year for £23k with “Full service history” It’s now come to light that the car doesn’t have full service history.

It came to light when booking the car in for spark plugs at my local dealer which are due at 40k miles

Do I have any recourse for compensation as I paid for a car with full service history? Furthermore, the mileage was incorrectly listed which i highlighted at the time.
