Hi! I recently had my first period after getting the IUD placed. Barely any bleeding / a few tissue bits came out with cramping. The last 2 days the IUD sat lower - the strings were long and I could feel pressure in my rectum/uncomfortable when sitting. I was worried it was coming out / misplaced but after the weekend passed it’s back to normal?!

Is this normal? Should I be concerned!? Has anyone else delt with this?
