Dwarf Japanese Garden Juniper, 2nd Try
My last juniper died outside in the elements, more or less we had a severe freezing rain that turned it into a frozen ball and snapped it. Im gonna try too winter this one in my storage unit once it's begun the wintering process. (No light and an unheated storage). I'm worried this one may not make it as far as I may have trimmed a bit too much when I got this guy from home depot. The first 2 pics are on may 2nd 2026 and the last pics are current may 11th 2026. We've had a cold start to the spring here in Muskoka Ontario Canada so I'm wondering if that may affect it, I also keep the soil moist and not waterlogged, a good bonsai mixture keep aeration. Just wondering if anyone has any input! It would be greatly appreciated its been a journey learning about bonsai and growing the last few years :)
