Hyundai sold me a new Ioniq 6 without the ICCU fixed. It broke 31 days after receiving it.
Hi all, just wanted to vent to some people who have probably come across the ICCU issues too.
Last month I bought a new 2023 Ioniq 6 SEL (Yeah, they still had a new one on the lot marked down quite a bit) While at the dealership we asked if they had fixed all open recalls and they said yes.
Fast forward to yesterday, my wife's at work and gets the dreaded warning. 12V battery is low, please check electrical system. I got it towed back to the dealer but I'm just pissed. Checking the VIN I can see the dealer fixed NO recalls since a software update in October of 2023, and there have been a ton since then. I don't know what my options are here, I want some kind of compensation for being sold a car with an open safety recall which, from my understanding, is illegal. Anyone have any advice for things I can ask for or if there's really anything I can do at all?
