To cut bait or dig your heels in?

Hi guys,

I joined a new company recently but realized that the company was going through a structural change and things were turning different, nevertheless it's still a good job with nice people - consequently received a better offer and considering making a move.

I know it's frowned upon to leave so quickly, but good offers don't come by easily in this market. When do you know it's worth digging your heels in vs leaving for greener pastures?

Would love to hear everyone's experiences!

oh final note - should I disclose to the other company that I recently joined a new company? don't want any surprises during BG checks.
