Hey yall! I’m Looking to sublease my furnished room in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment(but 1 room is vacant so basically a 2 bdr) at The Rive, Midtown, Atlanta , rent is negotiable. Sublease would start in May and end July 25. Room comes with a full kitchen, nice big closet, dresser, private bathroom, desk and queen bed. It is located near Marta public transportation and right by the Georgia tech bus stop. We also have a grocery store in the basement (Lidl) and a lot of restaurants and cool things around. dm me for questions/pictures.
