Rely on traditional Bar Prep Company for Practice and subjects you struggle with.

Congratulations to all of you. What an accomplishment. This personally helped me pass the bar and I wanted to share it with you all.

While using Themis or Barbri it’s important to realize your strengths and weaknesses. For example, I had no idea how Wills & Trust worked while I felt confident about Civ Pro.

So I made sure I watch the videos on Wills & Trust in normal speed, take notes, do all the drills, and etc…
However, with civil procedure I watched most of it on 2x speed. I jumped into memorizing the law and outlining essays.

With MBE subjects spend time memorizing and understanding the law early on. You don’t need to memorize A-Z but if you understand the more tested topics, it will allow you to practice better.

Lastly, your first 3/4 weeks should be review and spending time to understand and memorizing the law. This will really allow you to do more meaningful practice exams the last 4 weeks.

Best of luck. Reach out if you need any help

Hi everyone,

While I feel very blessed that I passed this exam, I also want to help as many people as possible to do the same thing. My approach was simple.

  1. Select your resources.
  2. Build a strong foundation (Learn the law)
  3. Drill, Drill, Drill. Practice and build stamina.

Feel free to reach out to me. I will be happy to help out.

Best of luck.

While i’m blessed that I passed the bar. I noticed so many 70–> 55 or 65–>50. I’m really sorry, I understand the frustration. I was short 4 points J25 and I decided to focus 70% on MBE, PT, PR. 30% of my schedule was dedicated to all other things. I think Jonathan Grossman’s videos are very helpful. Mary Basick’s MBE Decoded and Essay Book was amazing, and ADAPTI Bar.

For MBE, google 80/20 MBE rule. This literally changed my life once I realized what actually matters. I did a bit of flash cards but I picked quality over quantity on everything I was doing.

Please feel free to reach out. I’m here for anyone.

They just released this:

Written Score = (Raw Written score x 4.0700) - 399.0100

I think the multiplier “4.0700” is higher than July’s multiplier which was 3.9999 or something like that.

Does this mean it was curved more?
