**14 months. 400+ applications. Zero interview calls. I'm desperate and need help. 🙏**

**14 months. 400+ applications. Zero interview calls. I'm desperate and need help. 🙏**

I'll keep it honest.

I was placed at a Big 4 through campus recruitment. Joined with excitement, but within months it was clear the role had zero growth — repetitive, non-progressive work with no real exposure to data. I held on for 7 months before resigning in March 2025, convinced I could find something better.

That was 14 months ago.

Since then:

- ✅ 400+ applications sent across job portals

- ✅ Tailored my CV to individual JDs multiple times

- ✅ Reached out to people on LinkedIn (cold messages, warm connections)

- ✅ Got a few referrals from people who were kind enough to help

- ✅ Completed additional courses and built projects to strengthen my profile

- ❌ Not a single interview call

I am targeting **Data Analyst and related roles** (Business Analyst, Data Associate, BI Analyst, etc.) and I am open to opportunities across India — with preference for **Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru**, but honestly at this point, location is not a dealbreaker.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is it the gap? The Big 4 exit after 7 months? My CV? ATS filters? I genuinely can't figure it out, and it is starting to take a serious toll.

If you are a **recruiter, hiring manager, or someone who has connections** in the data space — I am humbly requesting your help. Even a CV review, a referral, a pointer to who's hiring, or just telling me what's broken in my approach would mean the world right now.

I have tried everything I know. I'm running out of options and time.

Please DM me or drop a comment. Any help is genuinely appreciated more than I can express. 🙏
