Hey everyone, expecting a Google offer on Monday. Currently in leveling review so don’t know if it’ll be L3 or L4 yet.

Questions:
1. With 4 years experience and a Master’s — should I push back if they offer L3?
2. What’s a realistic base salary target for L3 vs L4 right now?
3. Should I push harder on base, RSUs or signing bonus
