[[Feather, the Redeemed]] gives you back any instant or sorcery "that targets a creature you control". The second mode of [[Choreographed Sparks]] lets you make a token copy of "target creature spell you control" as you cast it.

My question is, does targeting a creature *spell* count as targeting a creature? Do I get Choreographed Sparks back at the beginning of the next end step?
