If this question has already been asked, I’m sorry. I am very overwhelmed. I have every single symptom of MCAS but my Normetanephrine is 73.9 and my Metanephrine is 37.1 which are within the normal range. Are there other tests that you would recommend that I could ask my physician to do? Just a little bit of my background. I have five autoimmune disorders. I have IBS-C with a long and torturous colon I am having issues with my absorption because I’m chronically, constipated, have extremely slow motility and filled with gas that doesn’t go anywhere.
