Hi guys! Sorry for being so annoying but I have a question about ENL. I am currently an ENL upper elementary teacher (13 entering, 1 transitioning, 1 commanding) the rest are gen ed (many w/ ieps) and the burn out im having this year is insane. Before this I taught lower elementary and liked it, but I'm also looking for a change where I'm not with the same class all day long. Id prefer a push in/pull out, or I was thinking about middle/highschool but I've been hearing mixed things... what are your thoughts? or what is your grade preference/why? Thanks!!!
