I manage a large commercial building with multiple GANG bathrooms throughout. Each bathroom has about 10 toilets total.
One of the bathrooms loses water pressure after any of the toilets flush, and i have to wait 15 seconds before any other toilet will flush.
I put a pressure gauge on the hose bib in the bathroom, it read 70PSI. After the first flush it drops to 0 psi, and gradually builds back up.
The main water line going to the bathroom looks like 1.5"- 2", although it s hard to tell cause it's wrapped in insulation.
Any ideas what could be causing the pressure to drop? I need to be able to flush 2-3 toilets simultaneously, and right now I cant do that.
All other bathrooms are working properly, but this one has been messed up since the building opened a few months ago.
