Added Reta looking for advice Aus

Just started reta and test, domestic, good quality and haven't missed a beat. Loving it so far.

I have my test dialed in and sorted but what's the best cycle duration with adding reta that people have found before taking a break?

6'3 110kgs Solid frame but really needing to cut down a bit

About to add Rad140 to my next cycle that I got from my domestic source, I reckon I'll run a low dose range for starters and increase as I go along. Would this be the way to go or doesn't really matter?

May sound silly to ask but just thought I'd put it out there.
