I need to move out of my apartment. When I first signed i was told I could leave without penalty besides my security deposit. However, they switched landlords on me and now they will not honor that. It is a one bed one bath 700 sq ft. located in Vandalia right off the highway. The neighbors are very friendly. We did not smoke, and there is no smoke smell. The rent total is 925 including trash and water. We have kept it clean. Due to life we have to move by June 30th. I can send pictures and details in a PM. Please let me know if you are interested.

Edit: It has a washer and dryer hook ups! It’s a cute apartment in a ranch style building, no stairs!
