Hi everyone,

I’m a second year paediatric nurse in rural NSW. My mental health is starting to be affected from overtime and ever changing shifts. I’m also full-time and am constantly expected to know everything happening in the unit.

I’ve been trying to get into other clinical areas but have been unsuccessful. I’ve recently started looking at work from home jobs in research as I am studying my master of nursing research.

Is there anyone who has made the switch from nursing to a more corporate/research/policy position? Does anyone have recommendations of jobs to look into?
