The same native azalea flower cluster I posted yesterday, one week ago. Buds need love too.

Deciduous azalea—this is a cross from the Auburn University program to collect/breed/preserve one of the coolest natives in the southeast.

This is likely the last of mine to bloom this year, so I tried to get a good before and after of this particularly satisfyingly symmetrical flower cluster.
