I have Eneloop Pro batteries that I bought earlier this year. I use them for my camera’s external flash, but they haven’t been used for almost two months. They were properly stored and show no signs of damage.

Now that I’ve charged them, the charger indicates they are fully charged, but they don’t seem to have any power.

May I ask what the possible solution is for this issue?
