I tried to start pickle ball when I was 18, and I ended up developing plantar fasciitis in 2020 that never went away. I have been through so many specialists and physical therapists, and no one can ultimately heal it. I feel like my plantar fasciitis is permanent at this point, and it can only be managed and not healed.
It’s frustrating when modern medicine failed me, and I am out of options. I feel pain just from walking, so I am screwed. Maybe I should of started sports when I was younger, but I have no choice now
