Had ReEnergize + Tap Dancer + Statikk Shiv on Kalista, each statikk shiv proc stacked tap dancer on average 8 times.

Auto attacking a different target reset the statikk shiv, causing like 6 autos = 50 tap dancer stacks.

I hit 5000 MS with 1200 tap dancer stacks.
