I paid $400 to have the head unit professionally installed. We can not get the microphone to work with phone calls.

I tried for 2-3 weeks to get help with resolving the issue. Support is based in China, which means they want to jump on What's App at 10:00 PM. That doesn't work for me. I asked for someone in the US to call me between 8:00 - 5:00 CDT and they refused. Instead, Carmaspeed offered to refund my money upon return. That would have meant, eating another $400 - $500 to remove their unit and re-install the factory head unit that came with the truck.

Summary: The mic doesn't work, and it's a known issued. Support is in China. Carmaspeed doesn't give a sh** and won't put someone in the US on the phone with you to resolve.
