Please keep an eye out for this man , he stole my pit bike lucky someone knows a description of what they look like , here’s the description please keep a look out .It was a guy on an e scooter long black hair with a bucket hat, and a bag of spray paint. Watched him scope it for a good 20 mins before he called his mate to come. Stolen in Footscray station
