Has anyone had success with a practitioner/functional d0c for treating mold sensitivity?

I’ve had chronic gut issues for years & was recently told that I have black mold mycotoxins along with other co-infections. My symptoms have been getting worse & I have multiple autoimmune conditions. I’ve been to many functional doctors and have spent tens of thousands on supplements/treatments, but have never gotten full relief or really moved the needle. Does anyone know any doctors who have actual results with patients? It seems like there are so many people doing ‘functional’ medicine without lasting results.
