We have a 10 yo GD who is usually a pretty active, happy dude. About 2 days ago he became lethargic, refuses to eat, has intermittent visible stomach cramps, and is trying to poop but nothing comes out. It is not bloat; no vomiting, no hard tympanic belly. He drinks water well with no issue and is peeing fine.
Trying to figure out if it’s just his time or if there’s anything we can do for him at home. We’re WAY out in the country and getting into a vet is challenging. Any ideas or advice is welcome. Thank you!
