Anyone else just not get thirsty?

Doesn’t matter if it’s water or not, I just have to be really desperate to have any kind of thirst response and have to force myself to even drink a liter a day. The only time I seem to be ok is if it’s something more food-like, like a frappe; for health reasons those are a rare treat though.

Don’t know if it’s age, the “leave some for the fishes” discouragement of water consumption when we were growing up or something else. Do you struggle too, or have you figured out a way to overcome it?

I’ve been saving my discard in the fridge for a few days so I could try this out and they came out amazing.

Recipe is literally just discard ladled and spread out on a hot, lightly oiled cast iron pan, sprinkle salt, pepper, sliced scallions and chopped cilantro. Flip once the edges start looking cooked (like a pancake), cook other side and set on a rack to cool.

Each flatbread takes maybe 1-2 minutes to cook, tastes similar to naan though a little heavier, but way less effort. Kid loved them too!
