Hello fellow fencers,

in a recent SellswordArts short they made the statement that in saber fencing/ with duel sabers there is no bind.

Since it was not explored further in their short i would like to ask those who do saber (which i personally do not):

1. is this as true as a general statement ? or only true for certain styles/sources

2. why would this be true ? what about sabers as swords, or the sources discourages the bind ?
