So I just got to my station @8:20, and the 8:25 train says on time. Now 8:23 it says 5 min late. I understand that trains get delayed for all sorts of reasons but it can't just be delayed for 5 min all of a sudden, in a span of 3 minutes, right? What's the calculation logic behind that?

Yesterday train 111 was like 15 minutes late, yet today it's again 12 minutes late for Hillsdale...
