It is a (hardback) book from pre-2010's (but likely much earlier) and probably British where each double page spread had a different board game, usually similar to classic board games. It had no special extras (cutouts, pieces, etc.) and all the games required at most some tokens and dice. Each of the games had a theme: there was a snakes-and-ladders (multiplayer roll to move) style game based on the human digestive system with branching paths and special tiles that could send you forwards or back, including "yellow bile" and "blue bile" or something like that. Another game I recall was a bit like nine men's morris (two player only) but you placed counters on a spider web as "flies" and that page had a picture of a spider on it though I don't think it had a mechanical effect. Those are the ones I have the strongest memory of but I think there may have also been a vampire themed game relating to putting nails in a coffin?
