why does my oatmeal have no taste
I buy rolled oats and boil them in unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I do add salt, probably around an eighth of a tsp for 55g oats, and a lot of cinnamon, but I'm not tasting any cinnamon. Or vanilla? I added vanilla extract once and couldn't taste that either. I tried adding a splenda packet but that also didn't work. Please help!
