Can I switch between water fasting and dry fasting?

Hey everyone, I’ve just got a question. Can I switch between water fasting and dry fasting?

Like 3 days water fasting and 1-2 days dry fasting?

I tried a dry fast I could only do 30 hours.

What are the danger signs on dry fast?

Hey everyone, I’ve started a dry fast yesterday I’m about 20 hours in. I feel pretty good so far. I’ve been watching videos from dry fasting club. And it’s said that on day 3 you can feel pretty bad but you can push through it and on day 4 you’ll feel a lot better. Just curious to see what the danger signs are? On the podcast it’s said that you’ll get headaches and dizziness on day 3 and you can push through. I want to do a 7 day dry fast. Just want to know the danger signs and what to do if any of those arise. For example, it’s said that if you don’t pee for 24 hours on a dry fast your kidneys have stopped filtering which obviously isn’t good.

Hey everyone how do I get into dry fasting?

I’m in ketosis. I’m currently doing a water fast. It’s only been 3 days so in about a week or so I’m thinking of switching to a dry fast. Before I started my water fast I would eat carnivore diet/ sometimes I would cheat and end up doing a keto diet. I would try to eat less than 25g of carbs a day on my cheat days. Can someone give me tips for dry fasting. Currently I’m healing from a back injury and need to lose some fat to help me. I’m not moving much or anything so I feel like doing a dry fast for a day to test the waters. If all goes well I will do a dry fast for 4 days then a water fast for a day and keep on doing that for the next few weeks.
