I haven't gotten any OTA. Dealer says there are no updates at all. Is it possible everyone else has updates but I don't?

Edit: I bought the car used a few months ago. 2800 miles on it. I have the OnStar data package but service isn't great at my house

I was under the impression, based on all the post, that taking it to the dealer could get the update installed

Another thing that has been totally minor, The highway to my office is listed on the GM website as being super Cruise compatible but it says no road info when I try
