Police have their own distributor for LPG and being forced to buy from them despite poor customer service. As we have no door delivery, we go and pick up our refils everytime that effectively increases price of the refil by 200 rupees. This time around we did the same to pick up our refil after more than 45 days duly. But the we were met with further delay of 10 days as there was no stock. On top of it they tried to stifle us saying: 'since you have the habit of complaining, go and do it'.
I've tried to reach out Indian oil by calling them, I was put on hold for few minutes, and later I was informed that I'd get a call after I disconnected the call. Never got any call in return. Made a tweet on X but to no avail. Indian oil has disabled the comments section. Now I've no other option but to purchase one in the black market
