Hola a todos. Estoy acabando la carrera de informática y recientemente entré con un colega en un programa de emprendimiento con la siguiente idea. Busco gente que critique con sinceridad la idea para ver si realmente tiene sentido.

Nuestra idea es hacer una plataforma que lleva la experiencia de ser un "manager" profesional al fútbol amateur, universitario y escolar. La idea nació porque nos dimos cuenta de que los jugadores modestos son "invisibles" y no tienen herramientas que dinamicen sus competiciones. Nuestro sistema permite que cualquier liga gestione sus estadísticas (goles, tarjetas, asistencias) y que los aficionados creen alineaciones de 5 jugadores con un presupuesto limitado, compitiendo en un ranking real basado en el rendimiento de sus propios amigos o compañeros.

Ya probamos un prototipo en una liga universitaria y la respuesta fue brutal: ¡sacamos un 10 en el proyecto!. Ahora queremos escalarlo a clubes federados y torneos de verano, permitiendo que familiares y amigos vivan el deporte local con la misma emoción que la Primera División. El modelo es flexible (Freemium/B2B) y fácilmente adaptable a otros deportes como el basket o balonmano.

Our revenue model is highly diversified, utilizing a flat fee for league creation, a Freemium B2C model with premium subscriptions for advanced AI analysis, and B2B agreements with clubs looking to digitalize their community. Because the technical architecture is built on the cloud and developed by software engineers, the system is both elastically scalable and easily adaptable to other sports like basketball or volleyball with very low modification costs.
