Am I lifting too heavy for bench presses?

The routine calls for a 4x5 bench press. I'm currently doing 100lb but I'm struggling by the 5th rep and on the 4th set I am super gassed and I can only do 2 reps... maybe 1 good rep and thats it. Am I lifting too heavy and the is the main reason why I'm not progressing much with bench presses? I've been stuck on this weight for a few months now. But then I also feel like a b**** if I lower the weight.

Anyone notice an influx of new carriers now?

A few years ago no one really applied and thought working at the post office was a joke... now they're coming in droves primarily the younger crowd in their 20s. Where are these people coming from all of a sudden? And how long do you think they will last? These are the questions being asked around in the office by the old timers who want overtime but there isn't any for awhile now due to the new hires.

Are the electrical outlets safe in all airports?

I know you shouldn't use a direct USB-C wire from the wall to the phone, but what about electrical sockets in general to charge your phone? Are they safe? Or am I better off just using a power bank and using the ports to charge the power bank?

What happens to the muscles you've been working out if you simply lack the calories overtime?

Do they just stay dormant in terms of growth until you start upping your calorie intake or do the new growth muscles just burn off even if you have enough protein but lacking in calories resulting in muscle loss?
