Am I lifting too heavy for bench presses?
The routine calls for a 4x5 bench press. I'm currently doing 100lb but I'm struggling by the 5th rep and on the 4th set I am super gassed and I can only do 2 reps... maybe 1 good rep and thats it. Am I lifting too heavy and the is the main reason why I'm not progressing much with bench presses? I've been stuck on this weight for a few months now. But then I also feel like a b**** if I lower the weight.
