not sure if i'm doing the right thing 😭

I'm struggling with learning about skin care.

I also am not 100% sure what kind of skin I have, but i would say that it isn't dry, feels normal, i just have started getting some pimples, hyperpigmentation around chin/lips area, some kind of rosea on my cheeks (don't know how that happen tbh).

Basically my skin isn't like it used to be when i was back in high school (3 years ago), it started having "problems". I'm sure that it isn't my diet, I've been going to the nutritionist, took some blood tests and everything is fine.

I'm just looking for a simple routine that could help me.

-------------------------------------------------------

Now I'm using: (I live in EU)

-Balea makeup oil remover

-Garnier micellar water (the white one)

-Bioderm gel douche gentle cleanser

-Channel LE GOMMAGE gel exfoliant

- Dr. Khiels eye cream with avocado (do not like)

-Ziaja Vitamin C. B3 toner

-Ziaja cocoa butter face cream (feels too oily for me)

-Mixa spf 20 Vitamin C+Niacinamid

-------------------------------------------------------

I've tried Fenty and Laneige serums, Fenty did nothing for me tbh, felt like Laneige was giving me a red face so I stopped using it.

Tried Biore UV Acqua Rich which was good, no white cast, but the smell was a bit strong.

-------------------------------------------------------

Now I'm thinking about buying these things and I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. [in comment section, i can't upload more than one picture]

Sorry for the long post but I have no one else to whom I can turn and ask for these questions .

xoxo

what do you watch to calm down?

Do you guys watch anything specifically to try calming yourself?

I usually try a sitcom or a cartoon, just to keep my mind busy and away from my own thoughts
