Being of limited mobility I am always on the look out for lovely spots that have a combination of benches or picnic tables, lovely views and car parking close by.

Suggestions welcome for any spots like this on the Northumbrian coast or a bit inland, please

Even better if they are decent bird watching spots ...also including accessible bird hides

I'm embarrassed to say, I bought an instant pot duo 7 in 1 a few weeks ago and it's still in the box. I am a bit daunted by it and have no idea where to start.

Can anyone suggest an easy dump and go type recipe to get me started?

I'm a little intimidated and if I don't get going with it soon, it's going to remain in the box forever
