Son was admitted to RIT for EE. His first choice was ME but waitlisted. When I look for reviews about the EE major at RIT, many seem to focus on ME or CE being the “best” programs. Google also says the same thing. I’m wondering if EE at RIT is considered a weaker program, and if so, why? Does EE offer fewer job opportunities compared to ME in general? Are there other reasons people tend to speak more highly of ME than EE?
